WINTERTON SHOW SPONSORSHIP & ADVERTISING 2025
(Show Dates Sat 5/ Sun 6 July)
Winterton Show comprises a wide and varied range of activities and events. 
Sponsorship options include:
General Sponsors (GS) Package of £190
• Your company banner in the main arena or other area appropriate to your 
sponsorship (extra banners at £90 each).
• Admission to VIP marquee for 2 persons and 2 lunches (additional lunches £15each).
• 4 Showground entry passes.
• Honorary membership of the Show Society for 12 months for one person. 
• Your name or company name (as applicable) in the Show programme.
Major Sponsors (MS) Packages of £550-£650
• Joint Major Sponsor for Stockman’s Tent + Full Page Advertisement in 
Show Programme - package total £550 including above GS package items plus 1 further banner (total 2) and 4 further lunches/entries (total 6 lunches/8 entries).
• Joint Major Sponsor for Enterprise Tent + Full Page Advertisement in 
Show Programme – package total £550 including above GS package items plus 1 further banner (total 2) and 4 further lunches/entries (total 6 lunches/8 entries).
• Joint Major Sponsor for Enterprise Tent + Road Race – package total £650
including above GS package items plus 2 further banners (total 3) and 4 further 
lunches/entries (total 6 lunches/8 entries).

Individual Sponsors (IS) of Individual Equine & Livestock Classes
• Your name or company name in the Programme next to your sponsored class/es.
• Your name or company name will be given out in the commentary for the class entrant.
• You can augment the prizes for the class with your own products or services.
 Heavy Horses = £120 per class Six classes
 Cattle = £120 per class Six classes
 Horse and Pony = £40 per class Fifteen classes
 Show Jumping = £140 per class Six classes
 Sheep = £60 per class Six classes

Programme Advertising
Display advertising is available in the Winterton Show programme as follows:-
(First 3 items below on a first response basis) 
• Inside front cover £195 
• Back cover £195
• Centre pages double £320
• Full page inside £140
• Half page inside £80

All above include 2 entry tickets to Show.
Please supply a copy of your current advertisement or original artwork or advise whether previous 
advertising still applies. We can produce artwork for you at an additional cost.
Banner and Car Park/Entry Gate Bib Advertising
There are a number of prime sites available around the ground to display your 
advertising banner; principally the main arena, secondary rings, "village green" areas, 
car parks and entrance avenues. Prices assume advertisers will provide their own 
banner/s or bib/s.
• Banners £90 per banner (includes 2 entry tickets to Show)
• Car Park/Entry Gate Attendant Bibs £15 per Bib
